2. Services & Subsidiaries

SAAVANI Group operates multiple independent brands, platforms, and subsidiaries (including but not limited to NovoraCareer, SAAVANI Web Studio, etc.). Each subsidiary provides specialized services ranging from AI-powered career tools to academic assistance and digital marketing. All services are subject to availability and our right to modify or discontinue them at any time.

3. Academic Assistance Disclaimer

All academic work provided by SAAVANI Global is intended for reference, research, and learning purposes only. We provide model answers and study aids. Clients are responsible for how they use the materials provided. We do not condone academic dishonesty and strongly encourage all clients to use our work as a learning tool.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and INR (₹) as applicable
Payment is required before or upon delivery as agreed
We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major payment methods
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Revisions & Delivery

We offer free unlimited revisions until the work meets the agreed specifications. Delivery timelines are communicated upon order confirmation. We guarantee on-time delivery and will notify you in advance if any delay is anticipated.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered work transfer to the client. SAAVANI Global retains the right to use anonymised project details for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Your personal details, academic requirements, and project specifics are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SAAVANI Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian law.
